Shipping and Delivery

We use Standard, 3-day Air, 2-day Air, and Overnight UPS services for all domestic orders (48 continental US states). Orders to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska will be sent via USPS registered mail.  At this time, we do not ship internationally.  Also, please contact us if expedited shipping is required.

We offer free, standard shipping to professionals with orders exceeding $750.00 (excluding shipping & handling, and tax).

There is an additional charge of $10.50 for C.O.D. orders.

Packages are generally shipped within 3 days of your order. If your order is processed on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday to prevent products from being stored in a non-climate controlled warehouse over the weekend.

Returns and Exchanges

SESHA SKIN THERAPY gladly accepts returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after the date of PURCHASE (excluding shipping & handling charges, and taxes). Products should be at least half full when mailed back to SESHA SKIN THERAPY. To ensure a timely refund or exchange, please fill out a return slip and send it along with the item. You can download and print a return slip from our website, or call our customer service representatives and we can either fax or mail you a copy. Exchanged items will be delivered at no extra charge to the customer. However, we do not refund original shipping fees and are not responsible for shipping costs being sent back to us.

If you have a question about your order, simply email us at [email protected] or call us toll free at 1-888-977-3742. Our customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email, phone, or fax once your return or exchange has been processed. Please note that it may take your financial institution approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Lost or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at [email protected].

For online orders, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is processed. Please allow 7 days from the date of your order in the case that UPS or USPS is delayed. In the case of a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and return the package to the following address:
